1. Who provides the service
BizzLotz is provided by Daniel Quintanilla, operating as an individual in Texas, United States. Questions may be sent to dannyinhouston@yahoo.com.
2. What BizzLotz sells
BizzLotz offers digital advertising placements displayed as customizable buildings and, when separately offered, other objects in an interactive city. A placement is advertising space. It is not ownership of physical land, an investment, a security, or a promise of financial return.
The price, currency, design choices, and any applicable duration are shown before checkout. Building pricing is based on selected height: $5 for 1 floor, $9 for 2–3 floors, $19 for 4–7 floors, $29 for 8–12 floors, and $39 for 13–20 floors. These are one-time prices unless checkout clearly states otherwise.
3. Delivery and duration
A paid building placement is published after successful payment confirmation and has no scheduled expiration while BizzLotz continues operating. This is not a promise of lifetime hosting. If a planned permanent shutdown occurs, we aim to provide at least 30 days’ notice and will refund building purchases made during the 30 days before that notice.
Vehicles, trees, aircraft, and other timed advertising formats are not live offers unless their price and duration are expressly displayed in live checkout.
4. Advertiser responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, have permission to use every logo, image, name, and message you submit, and keep destination links safe. You may not submit unlawful content, threats, targeted harassment, impersonation, deceptive offers, malware, phishing, stolen material, or goods or services prohibited by our payment provider.
We may reject or remove content that violates these rules, creates legal or security risk, or disrupts the service. If content is rejected before delivery, the payment will be refunded. If content is removed after delivery, we will notify the owner when reasonably possible and permit a manual review request.
5. Availability and results
Placement availability is limited. We do not guarantee traffic, clicks, customers, sales, ranking position, search visibility, uptime without interruption, or any financial result. Displayed “value” means the recorded purchase price, not an appraisal. Demo buildings and sample figures are not real customers or sales.
6. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining control of your sign-in method and for activity under your account. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share full payment-card details with BizzLotz support.
7. Payments and refunds
Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe’s own terms. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which is part of these terms.
8. Third-party services
BizzLotz relies on providers including Stripe, Supabase, Render, authentication providers, and linked advertiser websites. Their services and privacy practices are outside our direct control.
9. Service changes
We may improve, replace, suspend, or discontinue features. We will use reasonable efforts to preserve paid placements or offer an appropriate remedy when a paid placement cannot be restored.
10. Legal rights
These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived. To the extent permitted by law, BizzLotz is provided “as is” and our total responsibility for a claim relating to a placement will not exceed the amount paid for that placement. Texas law governs these terms without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms prospectively. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes affecting an existing paid placement will be communicated when reasonably possible.
