Your digital building
After a confirmed paid claim, you receive a contractual license under the Terms to control and personalize a digital advertising building while BizzLotz operates. It is not land, shares, cryptocurrency, or an NFT. Your account controls the supported public fields at its numbered address.
- You can edit the building name, colors, description, destination link, and logo. Height, shape, and windows stay fixed after payment. The current owner can update or remove the logo.
- A paid building has no scheduled expiration while BizzLotz operates, subject to the Terms. This is not a promise of lifetime hosting or uninterrupted service.
- The placement is not ownership of physical real estate, an NFT, a security, or an investment. Traffic, sales, and financial returns are not guaranteed.
Takeovers are paused
Takeovers are paused. Existing owners keep their plots. This pause does not release, transfer, or displace a plot. The plot number, height, shape, and window style stay with the address. The public page shows visits, website clicks, the claim date, founding-business status, and the owner count.
This is not an investment, and you do not earn withdrawable cash. An in-app balance, if you already have one, can reduce the card on a founding claim. Upgrades are not offered yet. The balance is not money. The balance cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash, and no cash proceeds are paid. A founding claim total is a whole number of dollars.
