- Claim a plot from $5. A founding claim is a one-time price: $5 × floors, from 1 to 100 floors, and the total is a whole number of dollars. Starter is $5, Studio is $15, Landmark is $40. Waterfront Keys are $10 per floor; Waterfront Homes #293–300 are $10 for one floor or $20 for two floors. Height, shape, and windows stay fixed after payment.
- Earlier notes said a plot started at $9. The price on the city is $5 × floors.
- It is not land, shares, crypto, an NFT, or an investment. You do not earn withdrawable cash.
- Takeovers are paused. Existing owners keep their plots. This pause does not release or transfer a plot. The plot number, height, shape, and window style stay with the address. An in-app balance, if you already have one, can reduce the card on a founding claim. It is not money and cannot be withdrawn. A founding total is a whole number of dollars.
