Founders Boulevard addresses start from $5. Quick picks on the claim form:
- Starter — 1 floor → $5
- Studio — 3 floors → $15
- Landmark — 8 floors → $40
Examples: 1 floor = $5 · 3 floors = $15 · 31 floors = $155. You can choose any height from 1 to 100 floors; the on-screen total matches checkout.
Waterfront Keys
The 96 canal-front addresses #197–292 cost $10 × floors: 1 floor is $10, 3 floors are $30, and 8 floors are $80. Styles are included. Founders Boulevard stays $5 × floors.
Waterfront Homes
Eight low-rise home addresses #293–300 cost $10 per floor: one floor is $10 or two floors are $20, paid once. Customize the home name, facade color, windows, logo and website. Roads, the bridge and residents are public scenery.
Styles are free
Architecture styles do not add a surcharge. Some styles suggest a comfortable floor range (Claim-like guidance); the price still follows $5 × floors only.
One-time placement and results
Building purchases are one-time prices unless checkout clearly states otherwise. A paid placement has no scheduled expiration while the service operates, subject to the Terms. It is not a promise of lifetime hosting or a guaranteed number of visits. Designing a preview alone does not reserve an address or charge you. Prices can change; the final amount is shown before Stripe checkout.
